Villa Gaissa is a high-quality holiday villa in Fell Lapland, in the heart of the magnificent Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park in Enontekiö. 250 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, near Raattama in Yli-Kyrö. There is a small lake (Hommajärvi, length 230 m, width 170 m) next to the villa and a larger, fishy lake Vuontisjärvi a bit further. Distance to the lake Hommajärvi is 115 m and to the lake Vuontisjärvi 400 m. There is a boat for shared use on the lake Vuontisjärvi. The boat is shared with another cabin (10009 Villa Biegga) owned by the same owner. There is also a shared pier and a lean-to shelter by the lake Hommajärvi. Living room/kitchen, four bedrooms for two persons each. Two bedrooms of these are in the upper floor. Two extra beds in the loft and bedroom located on the upper floor. The stars and northern lights can be comfortably observed from inside the villa, from the glazed or open terrace. Lighting in Villa Gaissa is designed to change from one atmosphere to another. There is a free WLAN connection and Smart TV in the Villa Gaissa. There is also air source heat pump in the villa. It can be used for cooling during summer. Various equipment for the outdoor activities can be found from the storage. Ski trail maintained by Raattaman Reitit community runs in front of the terrace. Distance to the cells located in the national park is few kilometers. These are well reachable by foot or bike along well maintained hiking routes. Other services located nearby: Hotel Vuontispirtti 1 km (open in tourist season), reindeer farm with dining possibility 5.5 km. From the reindeer farm you can rent canoes. Raattama village 6 km, where are located, for example, grocery store, restaurant with alcohol serving rights and horse riding stables. Ski slopes of Pallastunturi 33 km, Visitor center 33 km.
